Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and all attachments are considered part of this solicitation. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06. This solicitation is set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned business (SDVOSB) concerns. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561492, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The FSC/PSC is R606. The Veterans Health Administration, Birmingham VA Medical Center, is seeking to procure Court Reporter Transcription Services as described in the attached solicitation (see attachment titled: RFQ 36C24726Q0054 Court Reporter. Interested parties must review this solicitation, including ALL attachments before responding to this notice. Attachment RFQ 36C24726Q0054 Court Reporter includes the requirement description Performance Work Statement (PWS), quantities, place of performance, period of performance, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all clauses, provisions, and addendum applicable to this solicitation. To ensure proper receipt and processing of submittals, Offerors MUST include RFQ ID # 36C24726Q0054 and Offeror s business name in the subject line of ALL e-mails in response to this solicitation. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be e-mailed to the Contracting Officer at lasonja.harvey@va.gov no later than October 7, 2024 at 1:00 PM ET. Quotes shall be e-mailed to the Contracting Officer at lasonja.harvey@va.gov no later than October 10, 2025, at 1:00 PM ET. See Attachments for full details.
