Description

This is a Sources Sought, NOT a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Request for Proposal (RFP). This Sources Sought will be utilized for market research purposes to assist with the planning and potential procurement of Alaska Range Combat Training Integrated Communications and Support (ARCTICS) II for the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF). In-depth description of services may be found in the draft ARCTICS II Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached. Please note, this is a DRAFT Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) strucutre and is subject to change throughout acquisition planning. The projected service start date is on/about January 2029. The Government seeks industry comments in regards to the CLIN structure. The responses/feedback received in response to this notice will be used to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition pricing strategy. This is the draft proposed ARCTICS II CLINs: Proposed ARCTICS II CLINs (Pricing Strategy) 0001: Baseline JPARC O&M / Labor (Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP)) 0002: Travel, Shipping & Refueling (Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF)) 0003: Materials / CAP (Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF)) 0004: Surge, Overtime & Special Projects (Pre-Priced SLINs / Pre-Negotiated O&A) Specific responses to the questions below are requested: 1. Company Information: Name, address, telephone number, point of contact name(s), e-mail address(es), UEI and CAGE code, business size. 2. Does the CLIN structure as written provide clear and concise pricing format? Provide any questions. 3. Any other comments and/or questions.
