Description
Virtual Coding Services for the Bemidji AO, to include the Red Lake Service Unit, the Cass Lake Service Unit, and the White Earth Service Unit. This will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, IDIQ, Base plus 2 One-Year Options. This is set aside for 100% Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE). IEE Certification form must be included. This RFP closes on 02/18/2026 @ 1 pm CT. All evaluation factors must be submitted. Reference Section E.
