Description
Medical Physicist and Radiation Safety Officer Services The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, transportation, tools, materials, parts, and other items necessary to perform work, execute services, and to successfully complete all deliverables as contained within this Statement of Work. The Government shall not exercise any supervision and/or control over contractor personnel (which includes contractor service providers, contractor representatives, and subcontractors employed with and/or being utilized by the prime contractor) during all active performance periods of the contract. All contractor personnel shall be accountable solely to the Contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government. Technical Questions: All questions must be received in writing via email only. Questions should be sent to the Contract Specialist, Tiffany Lee-Franklin (Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov). Questions will only be accepted until December 12, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST. All responses to questions will be incorporated into a written amendment. Submission of Quotes: Offerors shall submit their quotes in writing via email to the Contract Specialist, Tiffany Lee-Franklin (Tiffany.Lee-Franklin@va.gov) on or before December 23, 2025, at 4:00 PM CST. Exact forms must be used, any edits to forms to add logo or letterheads, etc. will not be accepted. Faxed or mailed submissions will not be accepted. Note: Offers received after the due date and time will not be considered for award.
