Description
The U.S. Department of Defense - Army, Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) has a requirement for one (1) each complete Steam Boiler Package Unit capable of producing a minimum of 4,300 pound of steam per hour (lbs/hr) that offers total redundancy (N +1) to include delivery to the address identified in the solicitation. The package unit is needed to replace two (2) existing non-operational Clayton boilers required to provide steam to production operations at PBA. The available inside footprint space for the complete package unit is 16'w x 24'l x 12'h, within this area is an elevated concrete pad that is 78"w x 190"l x 4"h, and access into the building is via 8' x 8' rollup door. Natural Gas is the available fuel source. Electric power available is 480 Volt, 3 Phase, 60 Cycle. No requirement for alternative fuel backup. The Government will install and start-up the unit within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery. Condensate can be returned to the boiler system.
