Description

The U.S. Embassy Tokyo requires comprehensive building maintenance services to support continuous, safe, and reliable operation of U.S. Government-owned and long-term leased facilities in Japan. The requirement includes day-to-day building operations, continuous 24/7 Perry Control monitoring, routine preventive maintenance inspections (PMIs), and unscheduled maintenance and repair (M&R) services. Facilities covered under this requirement include the Embassy Chancery, Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), Deputy Chief of Mission Residence (DCMR), Mitsui Housing Compound (MHC), and the Japanese Language Training Center (JLTC) in Yokohama. Amendment 0001 Issued The Government has issued Solicitation Amendment 0001 for Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0008. Offerors are advised that revised Attachment 2.1, Schedule and Contract Clauses (Amendment 0001), has been provided. All offers shall be prepared using Attachment 2.1 (Amendment 0001). All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Amendment 0002 Issued The Government has issued Solicitation Amendment 0002 for Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0008. This amendment incorporates Questions and Answers No. 1 through 37 and extends the proposal submission deadline to April 24, 2026, at 15:00 (Europe/Berlin). Offerors are advised that all solicitation supporting documents have now been fully uploaded. Please ensure you use the complete and updated package titled: �(2) Solicitation Supporting Documents (Amendment 0002)_Completed.� All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.
