Description

This is an Request for Quotation (RFQ) for DEA Youth After School Programs. This solicitation is issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 (as detailed in the Statement of Work and Terms and Conditions). The U.S. Government intends to establish a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for these services. The BPA will cover a total potential period of five years: a one-year base period plus four consecutive one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance shall run from April 1, 2026, through March 31, 2031, commencing from the official date of the BPA award.
