Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Middle East District, is seeking experienced contractors to provide construction services for the rehabilitation of the Missile Assembly/Disassembly Facility at Camp Sabhan, Kuwait. This project will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Two-Phase Design-Build (DB) contract utilizing full and open competition in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR Part 15 Contract by Negotiation and FAR Part 36 Construction and Architect Engineer Contracts.The project will be constructed in accordance with current Kuwaiti and U.S. building codes, safety, and security standards. The contractor shall provide all management, administration, quality control, labor, transportation, equipment, materials, vehicles, heavy equipment, supplies and other items as necessary to perform the services contained in the scope of work. The appropriate Northern American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220 -- Commercial and Industrial Building Construction, and the Small Business Size Standard is $45,000,000. The Period of Performance for this project is 409 calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). The estimated magnitude of construction of this project is between $10 million and $25 million. The overall Period of Performance (PoP) shall be four hundred nine (409) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP) for the entire scope of work.
