19 FEBRUARY 2026 CALL FOR SOLUTION: The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), Digital Capabilities Contracting Center of Excellence (DC3oE), on behalf of the Department of War, Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO), and in coordination with the Department of the Army, is seeking innovative solutions for AI-Enabled Software Development Coding Capabilities.
