Description

The Library of Congress (Library) requires a Support/Maintenance services contract for several hardware components the Library owns. The Library has older servers and MDS Fiber Channel (FC) switches that are no longer supported by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) due to their age. The servers and MDS switches are functional and support critical applications such as Copyright and loc.gov. The Support services will provide a consistent reliable source of parts replacement for failed hardware. See attached solicitation for full details.
