20 November Update* Maintenance Symposium date and location: 21-23 January 2026, Phoenix Convention Center, Phoenix, Arizona The deadline for industry package submissions, originally set for 14 November 2025, has been extended to 14 December 2025 due to the government shutdown. The maintenance symposium will be rescheduled at a later date (TBD). Please monitor SAE.org/DOW for updates. Industry Day at the 2025 DoD Maintenance Symposium: The Office of the Secretary of Defense for Sustainment is excited to announce focused one-on-one Industry Day sessions with industry scheduled for December 9-12, 2025, in conjunction with the annual DoD Maintenance Symposium in Louisville, KY. These sessions will provide industry with the opportunity to discuss the Department's expansion of the RSF into the USCENTCOM theater. The RSF aims to bring sustainment for military weapon systems closer to where they are needed. Advisory Statement: This is not a solicitation. Announcements are intended to gather insights and inform the industry without any commitment to current or future contracts. This notice does not bind the Department to any contractual obligations. Participation is voluntary and any costs incurred for participation are the responsibility of the participants. For further inquiries, please contact the designated points of contact listed below. Registration Description: Companies interested in discussing the expansion of RSF into USCENTCOM during the Industry Day can schedule one-on-one sessions with government representatives at the 2025 DoD Maintenance Symposium. These sessions will allow for in-depth exploration of regional sustainment and maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO)-related solutions, beyond what can be presented in an open setting or conference. Submission Instructions: Companies wishing to participate in the one-on-one sessions on Industry Day should send their request packet to osd.pentagon.ousd-a-s.mbx.rid@mail.mil by 14 November 2025.
