Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, MDC Los Angeles, intends to issue solicitation 15B60626Q00000004 for the requirements of QUARTERLY MEAT/SUBSTANCE, for 3rd QTR FY26. The award is contingent upon receipt of appropriated funds. This solicitation is Small Businesses Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid, FOB Destination. The delivery date will be by August 10, 2026, unless another delivery schedule noted. Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Los Angeles (MDC LA), 535 N. Alameda Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012. Please refer to the cover page for some additional information in reference to the physical delivery. Unless otherwise indicated, Bid/Offer must be good for 60 calendar days after close of Buy and shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards and will award to the responsible vendor(s) who's offer conforming to the solicitation is considered the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b). The solicitation will be made available on or around February 2nd., 2026 and will be posted to sam.gov website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. This site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including amendments and award information will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. Quotes will be due on July 5, at 8:00 PM Los Angeles time. The Government reserves the right to make payment using either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or the Government Purchase Card. Each vendor is required to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM); information can be obtained at www.sam.gov. Please provide your UEI #, at the time of submitting your offer.
