Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. Mod 01: A flyer has been attached to this notice with an overview of anticipated tasks, RFP release dates, and anticipated contract type. All information provided is anticipation only and subject to change. Please see attachment labeled "WATER_WERRC Flyer". AN OFFICIAL SOLICITATION IS NOW ANTICIPATED IN JUNE/JULY 2025 FOR THIS REQUIREMENT. THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE UNRESTRICTED WITH NO SET-ASIDE. THE OFFICIAL SOLICITATION WILL BE SOLICITED ON SOLICTATION NUMBER "68HE0925R0015". THIS IDIQ CONTRACT WILL BE FOR ALL EPA REGIONS. EPA WILL SOLICIT RESERVING THE RIGHT TO ISSUE A SINGLE AWARD IDIQ OR A MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ. IF MULTIPLE AWARD, TASK ORDERS WILL BE ISSUED NON-COMPETITIVELY TO THE IDIQ AWARDEE OF THAT SPECIFIC REGION. EPA HAS ATTACHED THE MOST UP-TO-DATE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THIS NOTICE LABELED "WATER SOW_5.30.2025". EPA IS NOT REQUESTING ANY RESPONSES TO THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE.
