This Market Survey is for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes only. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING, NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. The Federal Aviation Administration is conducting a Market Survey/Request for Information to gain understanding of the current marketplace and to identify responsible, capable sources. Responses to this Market Survey will be used to determine if there is adequate competition to set this requirement aside for Small Businesses. This survey is being conducted in accordance with FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Section 3.2.1.2.1 for the purpose of soliciting statements of interest and capabilities from interested vendors. This survey will be utilized for acquisition planning, as well as to determine if there are any responsible small businesses capable of performing this project. This Market Survey is for a project that requires a Vendor to provide Moving Materials, Packing, Inventory, & Relocation. The move will be to the new facility located at Warrenton Annex, 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton VA, 20187 from five locations in the District of Columbia area (please Statement of Work for the specific locations). All responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals at this time. Presently, the nature of the competition has not been determined. Upon solicitation the FAA may decide to do a full and open competition or set aside all or part of the procurement for small businesses. The anticipated timeline for this Requirement is projected for early April 2026. All interested vendors are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information, or any administrative costs incurred that are associated with any response received in response to this Market Survey. Therefore, any costs associated with Market Survey submissions will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. The FAA is seeking responsible contractors interested in providing Moving Materials, Packing, Inventory, & Relocation Services. Project Description: The contractor will provide commercial packing, moving, relocation and services for the FAA at the Warrenton Annex, 3721 Macintosh Drive, Warrenton VA, 20187. The estimated Cost Magnitude for this Requirement is between $50,000 and $100,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 484210. This market survey will serve as a market analysis to assist the FAA in determining which procurement method to use. The failure to obtain adequate responses from responsible small-disadvantaged businesses or other small businesses may result in the determination to conduct this procurement action under full and open competition.
