Description
The purpose of this Amendment is to incorperate the following documents: - 47PC5526R0007_REV1 US Courts - 5th Floor Pretrial Kitchenette Renovation PICs - 47PC5526R0007_REV1 US Courts - 5th Floor Pretrial Kitchenette Renovation Q&A doc As a result of this amendment the proposal due date has been extended from 12/19/2025 to 12/23/2025 @ 4:00pm_Amendment SF30 also newly attached. The purpose of this amendment is to provide a date for RFI submission. All RFIs are due by December 12, 2025 by 3:00pm. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The proposal due date remains the same; December 19, 2025 @ 4pm. Amendment SF30 also newly attached. The GSA is soliciting construction services to renovate an existing kitchenette on the 5th Floor at 500 Pearl Street, New York, NY 10007 Room# 549C. Kitchenette is to be installed per design intent drawing and in accordance with the Statement of Work. The site visit for this project will be held on December 4, 2025 @ 2pm. Please provide the name and contact information for anyone attening by December 3, 2025 to monique.woods@gsa.gov and hiokuan.kong@gsa.gov.
