In support of the EHRM program, the Tampa VAMC has a requirement to construct the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project. Contractor shall complete the intent of project 549-21-700 in strict accordance with the SOW, drawings, and specifications. All work not specifically identified by the drawings and/or specifications but necessary for a complete system shall be included as if specifically identified in the Contract Documents. The solicitation will be issued UNRESTRICTED. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 million. The solicitation will be issued late-January, 2026. The period of performance is approximately 730 calendar days from the issuance of the notice to proceed. In accordance with VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of construction is between $50,000,000 and $100,000,000. This notice is not a request for competitive offers.
