**** The purpose of this 22 May 2026 update 0007 is to provide Amendment 0002 to Solicitation N0001926R0009.**** **** The purpose of this 6 January 2026 update 0006 is to provide a response to industry questions.**** **** The purpose of this 5 January 2026 update 0005 is to provide a response to industry questions.**** **** The purpose of this 19 December 2025 update 0004 is to provide a response to industry questions.**** **** The purpose of this 17 December 2025 update 0003 is to provide a response to industry questions.**** **** The purpose of this 21 November 2025 update 0002 is to correct the response date to 8 January 2025.**** **** The purpose of this 21 November 2025 update 0001 to the posting is to provide Amendment 0001 to Solicitation N0001926R0009, the revised PWS, and a response to industry questions. **** The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), on behalf of PMA-207 (Tactical Airlift Program Office), posts Solicitation Notice, Request for Proposal (RFP) for C/KC130 Air Vehicle: Engine Module Repair Services. This notice is a follow-up to the C/KC130 Air Vehicle: Engine Module Repair Pre-Solicitation Notice N0001926RFPREQAPM2070702 posted on 6 March 2025. NAVAIR intends to award a contract, with a single source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) structure with a five-year base ordering period and an option to extend services ordering period via a Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 full and open competition. Planned award is during second quarter of Government Fiscal Year (FY) 2026. The 8 January 2026 response date identified in this posting is the response date for receiving proposals in response to this RFP. The solicitation, excluding the files Attachment 1 PWS, Exhibit A CDRLs and Attachment L-7, is posted in the Solicitation Module of the U.S. Government PIEE website. Access to Solicitation Attachments: Solicitation documents may contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Requests for access to the solicitation attachments (Attachment 1 PWS, Exhibit A CDRLS and Attachment L-7) must be in writing and include: Company name, address, and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code (as it appears in SAM.gov and as registered in the PIEE Solicitation Module). Upon review of the potential Offeror?s (including subcontractor?s) written request and verification of Offeror?s status in SAM.gov, the Government will provide the Offeror access to the Solicitation Attachments (Attachment 1 PWS, Exhibit A CDRLs and Attachment L-7) via PIEE and/or DoD SAFE. Each potential Offeror (including subcontractor?s) shall transmit via email its written request for access to solicitation and solicitation attachments in the Solicitation Module of the U.S. Government PIEE website, to Contract Specialist Stephanie Savage at stephanie.r.savage2.civ@us.navy.mil. Distribution of CUI by an Offeror to that Offeror?s team members, partners, subcontractors, suppliers and/or vendors shall be the responsibility of the Offeror and shall be limited to a ?need to know? basis. All guidance contained herein with regard to handling, distribution and destruction of CUI data shall be flowed down to all subcontractors and team members. Those who access or take receipt of any technical data shall comply with all laws, export controls and distribution statements associated with the document. NAVAIR solicits competitive proposals in response to the RFP. Please submit competitive proposals using the file naming conventions as described in Section L of the Solicitation. Please refer to Section L (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Bidders) of Solicitation N0001926R0009 for detailed instruction to Offerors. This file is posted in the Solicitation Module of the U.S. Government PIEE and will be accessible with the accompanying solicitation attachments after Offerors are granted access following the procedures set forth under ?Access to Solicitation Attachments?. Please submit competitive proposals no later than 04:00PM ET on 8 January 2026. Any proprietary information provided in the Offerors? proposal shall be marked or annotated accordingly. All proposals must be UNCLASSIFIED. Classified material SHALL NOT be submitted.
