This special notice is issued by 772 ESS/PKD as a DRAFT solicitation in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) VI source selection. This notice DOES NOT constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it represent any commitment by the Government. 2. The intent of this notice is to provide DRAFT solicitation documents to industry to provide questions/comments/input. The following items will be attached to the DRAFT solicitation Attachment 1 � Section H Contract Specific Processes and Procedures Attachment 2 � Section L - Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders Attachment 3 � Section M - Evaluation Basis for Award Attachment 4 � AFCAP VI PWS - 20260414 Attachment 5 � Solicitation Information (which will include program value [to include mix and max TO values], CLIN types and projected period of performance [i.e. ordering period] 3. 772 ESS/PKD strongly encourages industry input, comments, and questions to identify and resolve concerns regarding the acquisition. All questions/comments/input must be received by 20 May 2026 at 2:00 PM central time. While questions are being accepted, the Government will not post any answers. The information received during this DRAFT solicitation may be used to modify solicitation documents that will be issued at a later date. Please fill out the questions/comments/input (QCI) excel template attachment and submit with all of your information in that format. 4. Industry is advised that the final Request for Proposal (RFP), when posted, will supersede any draft information posted to date. The final RFP will represent the Government's requirement. All communications concerning this acquisition must be coordinated through the Procuring Contracting Officer.
