Description
This is a sources sought request for a new ACC- Redstone/Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) requirement. TSMO will be hosting an Industry Day on November 19th, 2025, at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama to gauge the market for this effort. Interested vendors must reply by 4:30 pm CST on September 26, 2025 in order to be considered and receive Industry Day information. Only vendors who attend Industry Day will recieve the future solicitation with specific details of the requirement. All responses and questions must be sent via email to the following: (Primary) Mr. Joey Hobbs (Contracting Officer) at joey.d.hobbs.civ@army.mil (secondary) Ms. Cassandra Patton (Contrating Officer) at cassandra.d.patton2.civ@army.mil Responses must include highest facility and safeguarding classification. Once security requirements are verified a reply will be sent to approved vendors to provide the detailed information for Industry Day and collect attendee information. There will be a limit of 2 POCs per vendor to attend Industry Day. There is a FAQ that is attached to provide additonal information. The FAQ attached will be updated as new questiuons arise. FAQ updated as of 23 September 2025 The following is general information on the requirement: The Contractor(s) is to provide the Threat Systems Management Office (TSMO) specific requirements in support of Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Support (ES), Electronic Attack (EA), Radar System Development, Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (sUAS), Cyber and Cellular Environments, Cyber and Information Warfare (IW), Communication Systems, including Fifth Generation (5G), and Range Infrastructure Systems for test communities. The work to be performed consists of research and development, testing, and integration of threat system hardware and software. Specifically, this includes testing, operational support, capability prototyping, and limited production of system capabilities to meet test requirements.
