Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF26QA010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds), a small business size standard of $9M. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 19 May 2026, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 1 Minuteman Way, Concord, NH 03301. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The NH Army National Guard requires the following items: CLIN 0001: 2026 Youth Summer Camp (QTY= 1 Job) Must meet the following salient characteristics: The contractor shall provide a summer camp for youths as described in the performance work statement. Please see the performance work statement for a complete description of the Government�s need. All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the state of New Hampshire. Period of performance is from 26 July 2026 to 29 July 2026. CLIN 0002: Breakfast Meals (QTY= 1 Job) Provide on-site breakfast for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance. CLIN 0003: Lunch Meals (QTY= 1 Job) Provide on-site lunch for 50 youth (200 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance. CLIN 0004: Dinner Meals (QTY= 1 Job) Provide on-site dinner for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance. Interested parties should see �Instructions to Offers� in the Provisions and Clauses document for details on how to submit your quotes (IAW 52.212-1) Interested parties should also see �Evaluation factors� in the Provisions and Clauses document for a description on how the Government intends to evaluate your quotes (IAW FAR 52.212-2) Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days. All technical or contractual questions shall be submitted in writing via e-mail no later than 12:00 noon EST on 12 May 2026 to Grace Jordan at grace.jordan.1@us.af.mil and Richard Trafton at Richard.C.Trafton.civ@army.mil. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. If the Government responses to technical questions affect any portion of the solicitation then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
