Description
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Ames Research Center (ARC) has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract 80ARC025D0006. This contract provides aviation services for High Altitude Long-Endurance (HALE) Systems Demonstration using the PHASA-35 platform, including payload integration (e.g., X-Band Synthetic Aperture Radar), testing, and operations to support Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) remote sensing and sensor validation missions. The award was made to Prismatic, Ltd. on July 22, 2025, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), which states that full and open competition is not required when supplies or services required by the Agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements. The ordering period is from July 23, 2025, through April 17, 2030, with a maximum order limitation of $10,000,000.00.
