Description
The Biological Technologies Office (BTO) of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) seeks to solicit input from industry, academia, government laboratories, and non-traditional performers regarding the most advanced methods to rapidly mitigate and re-purpose large volumes of spilled Petroleum, Oils, and Lubricants (POLs).
