Description
Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to ensure the solicitation close date and time on PIEE corresponds with the correct posted due date and time. Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment was to attach RFI-01 and to correct the period of performance in CLIN 0002 to match CLIN 0001. The Government requires independent third-party construction materials Quality Control (QC) testing of contractor-supplied materials to support the 513th Expeditionary RED HORSE Squadron (513 ERHS) in the adaptive rehabilitation of Tinian North Field. This work is critical to ensure that the materials provided for the rehabilitation project meet all relevant specifications and standards, thereby ensuring structural integrity and safety for all phases of construction. The attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) outlines the contractor responsibilities, testing standards, and reporting requirements necessary to achieve the desired outcomes. RFIs: If you have any questions, please respond no later than 08 Jan 2026, 1400 (2:00pm) UTC +10:00 (Guam). Proposals must be submitted no later than 21 Jan 2026, 1400 (2:00pm) UTC +10:00 (Guam).
