Description

4th Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to formally provide responses to timely questions submitted by prospective vendors and to incorporate revised solicitation attachments. The following documents have been updated, added or revised as a result of the vendor inquiries and are hereby incorporated into the solicitation: 4.1_4th Amendment 4.2_Vendor Questions and Answers. 4.3_Revised Attachment 01 - CLS: Revised and updated 4.4_Attachment 04 - Operator Manual Wagner: Newly added to the solicitation- Attachment 05 - Manufacturer Guide Gama-tronic: Newly added to the solicitation 4.5_Attachment 05 Manufacturer Guide Gama-tronic 4.6_Technical Exhibit (TE) 05 - Gas Systems OMA: Revised 4.7_Technical Exhibit (TE) 06 - Spark EX: Revised 4.8_Technical Exhibit (TE) 07 - Sprinkler: Revised 4.9_ ELIN Sheet: Revised and updated Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment (and all prior amendments) prior to the hourand date specified in the solicitation or as amended. Failure to acknowledge this amendment may result in the rejection of your proposal. All other terms and conditions of this solicitation remain unchanged. 3rd Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to formally extend the proposal submission deadline and to notify offerors of an upcoming amendment containing official Government responses to submitted questions. The deadline for the receipt of proposals is hereby extended. New Due Date: July 15, 2026, 09:00 AM The Government is currently reviewing all Requests for Information (RFIs) and clarification questions submitted by prospective bidders. A subsequent amendment will be issued shortly. This future amendment will provide the official Government responses to all received questions, along with any necessary updates to the solicitation attachments (such as the Technical Exhibits and Attachments). 2nd Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the evaluation cirteria text for FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services, specifically updating the Supplier Performance Risk Systems SPRS requirement under Evalution Factor 2. All other conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged and in full effect. 1st Amendment: The purpose of this amendment is to add a List of Attachments and to announce a formalized Site Visit in Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels for the above-referenced solicitation. This site visit will allow prospective offerors to inspect the physical layout of the requirement at USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr and Hohenfels) to ensure accurate proposal formulation. All other conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged. 409th Contracting Command, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office Bavaria (RCO) issues a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award Indefinite Delivery � Indefinite Quantity Contract (IDIQ) including Firm Fixed Price, Labor Hours and Time & Material CLINS for the Maintenance, Inspection and Repair of Fire Sprinkler and Extinguisher Systems at USAG Bavaria (Grafenwoehr, Vilseck, Hohenfels and Garmisch), Germany. This requirement will utilize low price technically acceptable evaluation factors in determining the successful offer. The FOB will be DESTINATION USAG Bavaria, Germany. The Period of Performance is expected to start 1 August 2026 and includes a one (1) year Base Periods with four (4) one-year Ordering Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9 (Option to Extend the Term of the Contract). A bidders list will not be maintained by this office, NO TELEPHONE OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THE RFQ PACKAGE WILL BE ACCEPTED. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render vendor offer non-responsive and result in rejection of the same. FIRMS INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING PROPOSALS MUST: COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION DOCUMENT to include representations and certifications, provisions and clauses, provide all product technical specification documentation and technical compliance certifications, and ensure current registration in the SAM system at https://www.sam.gov.
