Description

This is a combined pre-solicitation/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24126Q0174 is issued as a Request for Quotation for Laboratory/Pharmacy Courier Services throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers. This acquisition is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (effective 03/13/2026) The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 492110, with a small business size standard of 1500 Employees. The FSC/PSC is R602. The Network Contracting Office 1 located at 1 VA Center, Augusta Maine 04330 is seeking to purchase courier services. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following: Services Courier services throughout VISN1 VA Medical Centers and other sites as noted in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
