Description

This solicitation is for the contractor services to perform maintenance, repair, and improvement services for tactical infrastructure (TI) assets in the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo and Del Rio/Big Bend South Sectors in the following categories: roads and bridges (including boat ramps and floating boat slip); fences and gates (including concertina/razor wire), vegetation control, debris removal (including Carrizo Cane and Hyacinth/Hydrilla), border lighting and electrical, drainage and grate systems, tunnel remediation, TI attributes including shelters, and generators. These services will be required for CBP�s (TI) assets within the Rio Grande Valley Sector in McAllen, Texas; Laredo Sector in Laredo, Texas and Del Rio/Big Bend South Sectors in Del Rio, Texas/Alpine South/Sanderson, Texas. Site visits have been completed and only vendors that attended the site visits will be able to move forward with the proposal process. Those companies that attended the site visits must submit their phase one factor one- Experience submission of the NLT 1200 ET on 13 March 2026. Corporate interviews will begin on 16 Mar 2026. Amendment A0001 is issued to clarify 13 March 2026 submittal. Amendment A0002 is issued to clarify the method of delivery for Phase 1 PPT on 13 March 2026 by 12:00 PM EST
