*** The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. *** NAVSUP-WSS is soliciting a requirement for an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract to furnish effort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to Evaluate, Repair and/or Modify the items as specified The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. Government intends to solicit for the repair of various items listed to A-condition status. The government does not possess or cannot provide the data necessary to perform the required repairs or manufacture of the item: NIINs are as follows: MATERIAL NOMENCLATURE 014125270 Pumping Unit, Sewage 015614611 Valve, Flow Control One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements. All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to this notice. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 30 days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Approval of a source is required. WSS will not delay award while Source Approval is pending. The time required for approval of a new source is normally such that an award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source. If you are not an approved source you must submit, together with your proposal, the information detailed in the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure for Repair. This notice serves as the solicitation notice/posting for an IDIQ Long-Term Contract (LTC) consisting of 5 base years and will support the repair of: Maritime Sewage Pumping System. The Government does not possess the necessary data to repair the equipment/items solicited hereunder from any source other than the OEM.
