Single Hose Connection Kit to 3� port CLIN 0006 - LENS REPLACEMENT - 2.0 VL wHPDFO carr/VLS CLIN 0007 - MIRROR ASSEMBLY #2 - (VL/VLS/ILS) CLIN 0008 - MIRROR REPLACEMENT #3 - VL wHPDFO carr/VLS CLIN 0009 -Laser Compressor CLIN 0010 -Dell Laptop Computer to drive laser CLIN 0011 -CorelDraw Software CLIN 0012 -Installation, Calibration, Configuration and Training Please see attached Statement of Work and Salient Characteristics.
