Description
This solicitation is for a mandatory source procurement pursuant to the Javits-Wagner-O?Day Act (41 U.S.C. 8501-8506) and Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Supbart 8.2 Acquisition From AbilityOne Participating Nonprofit Agencies. Proposals from organizations other than the AbilityOne participating nonprofit agency will not be evaluated. The Department of War (DoW) requires efficient and effective contract management support for contract closeout services. This Request for Proposal (RFP) defines requirements to achieve timely and accurate contract closeouts, deobligation of Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and Undelivered Orders (UDOs), and other post-award contract administrative services. The contractor will perform non-inherently governmental functions in support of contract completion and closeout, including auto-closeout actions, digital imaging (scans) of contracts and acquisition-related documentation, and document destruction.
