Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide Brand Name or Equal: FLOFAB Heat Exchanger Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle Only (Part Number TB-0686-2A). The Contractor shall provide Brand Name or Equal: FLOFAB Heat Exchanger Clean Steam Generator (CSG) Tube Bundle Only (Part Number TB-0686-2A) to the VA Southern Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). The offered items must be compatible with an Armstrong International Condensate System, Model AFH-42625-S. It is NCO 21 s intention to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract for VASNHCS. Please refer to the solicitation for a complete summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quotation using the following NAICS is contemplated: 333414 Heating Equipment (except Warm Air Furnaces) Manufacturing. THIS RFQ SHALL BE A TOTAL SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Solicitation documents will be available on or about June 16, 2026. The solicitation will contain Quotation instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price Contract to the Small Business vendor which offers the best value to the government. All responsible small business sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
