Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, has a need for grounds maintenance at the Redwood Road Work Center (Salt Lake City, UT). The Contractor shall furnish equipment, supplies, labor, transportation and supervision necessary to perform the required services. Redwood Road Work Center is currently occupied by Forest Service Employees and designated as Forest Service property. Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled for 1:00 PM Mountain Time on February 9, 2026, at 1749 West 500 South Salt Lake City, UT 84104. Contact the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR), Heidi Little (801) 908-1931 or heidi.little@usda.gov for questions about reaching the site. There are no documents required to be submitted at the site visit or to attend, but attendees will be asked to fill out an attendance sheet. (company name, employee name, phone number, email address). Questions Questions shall be submitted via email to arlen.fausett@usda.gov and are due no later than February 11, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. This will ensure enough time to respond before the solicitation period ends. Please include the solicitation name and number as the subject line of the email. Offers: Offers are due at the email address above no later than February 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions about this solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment with your offer. Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to answer additional questions about this solicitation and extend the response deadline to 2/19/2026 at 10:00 AM Mountain Time. An additional property layout is included in this amendment. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Return a signed copy of this amendment with your quote.
