From your perspective, what were the most significant barriers to entry or risk factors associated with this project? A-4. What changes to the solicitation's terms, conditions, or structure would make a future opportunity for this project more attractive to your firm? Section B: Technical Package Feedback (The Government seeks to identify areas for improvement in the project's drawings and specifications.) B-1. Did your firm find the drawings and specifications to be clear, complete, and adequate for preparing a competitive and accurate bid? Please explain. B-2. Did your firm identify any ambiguities, conflicts, omissions, or errors within the technical package? If so, please cite the specific drawing sheet or specification section and describe the issue. B-3. Did the technical requirements, including the paint booth specifications, present any unusual construction challenges, risks, or significant cost drivers that you believe could be mitigated?
