Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachments for full guidance. Solicitation W91ZRU-26-Q-A013 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Quantities may be an ALL or SOME award. This requirement is solicited as a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code associated with this procurement is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: 1. Qty 1 - GSI AudioStar Pro Channels Audiometer; Part: GSI-8515319 ALL ITEMS BRAND NAME ONLY, FOB Destination Please forward all questions via email no later than 4:00 PM Alaska Time on 28 April 2026. The Government may provide answers to those questions received. Responses will be posted to SAM.gov. Offers are due no later than 4:00 PM Alaska Time on 1 May 2026.
