Description
Title: Notice of Intent ? All Pro Solutions, Inc Description: Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order to All Pro Solutions, 1351 E. Black Street, Rock Hill, SC 294730. The Government has a requirement for specific product (Qty 1) Zeus 7H BD Standalone Automated Blu-Ray CD/DVD Publisher, with a 3 Year Warranty, Onsite Installation and Basic Training. This product is required to maintain and ensure consistent knowledge base of currently fielded system. The applicable NAICS code is 334610, PSC 5836. This action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold.This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and capability to provide the services identified no later than five (5) days after this notice posts. A solicitation will not be posted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this announcement may be submitted to elizabeth.k.white9.civ@us.navy.mil. This notice is also posted on the PIEE Solicitation website at https://piee.eb.mil/.
