Description

Amendment 2: 3/18/2026 The closing date and time are extended to 3/20/2026 at 4:00 PM Central. Questions from interested parties and the answers are posted. See Amd 2 PDF document for the questions and answers. Ensure you sign and include a copy of the amendment with your proposal. Additional info 3/10/2026: The chillers are water cooled. There is no way to get a forklift or crane inside the plant. A suggestion is to use a lull to move equipment in and out to go over water lines from temp chiller outside Amendment 1: 3/10/2026. The purpose of this amendment is to establish an onsite visit of the compressor location, provide a photo of the equipment data label, answer questions, and extend the closing date. See the attached amendment document 36C25626Q0473 0001. Original posting: The Alexandria LA VAMC in Pineville LA requires the replacement of two chiller compressors. Services to be performed in accordance with the included RFQ and Statement of Work. This RFQ is set aside for SDVOSB firms. Offerors must include their Limitation on Subcontracting certfication with their quote. Failure to do so could result in disqualification for award. All offerors must be active in SAM to be considered for award.
