Notice 1: The second round of RFI Q&A has been posted. The site visit sign in sheet has been posted as well. Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to update drawings, amended solicitation, post RFI answers, extend RFI questions, and proposal due date. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ NOTE: Contractors/Offerors must complete CUI Training Slides; sign and return the "MFR Contractor CUI Training Acknowledgment for Solicitations" attachment to gain access to drawings and other associated CUI documentation. Once the POC has received your signed MFR, please request access to the locked documents through SAM.gov. Your MFR will be reviewed and access to the lock SAM.gov documents will be granted accordingly. Proposals will be submitted electronically. Description: The Contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, transportation, and tools required to convert the existing T1 Hangar to the new T-7A Unit Maintenance Training (UMT) Facility. This work includes, but is not limited to civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, communications, architecture, structural, and all other disciplines necessary to complete the conversion. Perform all work according to this Statement of Work (SOW), the Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM) Planning Charrette Report (PCR), and all related AF requirements and other codes and references Site Visit, RSVP, and Base Entry: The Government invites you to a site visit on 05 May 2026 at 9:00 AM CST. Attendance is highly encouraged but not mandatory. Please note that registration is required by 1:00 PM CST on 29 April 2026. To register, please email the POC requesting a DoD Safe drop-off link to securely upload your completed Entry Authorization Listing (EAL) document (found in the list of SAM.gov attachments). If you do not contact the POC by 1:00 PM CST on 29 April 2026, you will not be able to attend the site visit. Identification: All attendees must bring a valid photo ID. Vehicle Requirements: If driving on base, please ensure the driver has driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. IMPORTANT: All contractors should arrive at Columbus AFB�s Visitors Center early and wait for a 14th Contracting Squadron representative to arrive and lead them to the site visit location. The representative will leave the visitors� center at 9:00 AM CST Additional Info: All RFIs must be submitted NLT 7:30 AM CST, on 11 June 2026. IAW FAR 36.204(g) - The range of magnitude for this procurement is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. 52.232-18 Availability of Funds. Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
