Description
The Northern Indiana Healthcare System (NIHCS), Fort Wayne Campus, located at 2121 Lake Ave, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, is soliciting and intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for Reusable Medical Device (RMD) and general surgical instrument Preventative Maintenance (PM) and routine maintenance. The Contractor shall provide all labor, management, equipment, supplies, etc. to ensure that the medical devices and instrumentation are maintained in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement has been 100% set-aside for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Offers from other than SDVOSBs concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is July 1, 2026, for a base period plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Anticipated period of performance (POP) is August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 7, 2026. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.SAM.gov. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on June 8, 2026, by email to Courtney.Seevers@va.gov. NAICS 811210 applies. Size standard of $34 Million. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist at the following e-mail address: Courtney.Seevers@va.gov no later than 12:00 p.m. (EDT) on May 21, 2026.
