Description
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) seeks information for an enterprise-wide generic low-code application platform to replace current fragmented legacy applications, manual workflows, and siloed business data infrastructure with an integrated platform for total process automation and live data within four (4) independent environments: publicly accessible unclassified, CUI, and then two disconnected classified environments for approximately 2200 internal users and an unknown number of external public facing interactions. This environment must be tailorable to support lifecycle workflows for employees from recruitment to offboarding, contracts from solicitation to closeout, programs from idea to transition, records from identification to disposition, data from creation to AI training, IT requests from creation to resolution, general task management, and others as identified. A contract is anticipated to be awarded to a single firm with a period of performance starting as soon as possible. The contract length is five years (to include two years implementation before only license costs remain in years three through five). Minimum Capabilities DARPA will only review responses to the attached Sources Sought Notice from interested firms if their platform capability already supports the following deployment models: Unclassified IL-2 SaaS hosted environment reachable from the Internet for non-logged in users to support bi-directional interaction with the IL-4/5 environment Unclassified CUI IL-4/5 SaaS hosted environment with an existing provisional authorization that can communicate with the IL-2 environment Classified disconnected on-premise offerings for an undefined subset of internal DARPA users Fine-grained attribute-based access control mechanisms for user/group/data/element/role Create Read Update Delete (CRUD) operations Auditing of all interactions with access to DARPA cyber-security staff and Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) activities See attached Sources Sought Notice for detailed response requirements.
