Synopsis Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) MAC IDIQ

Description

The purpose of this request for proposal synopsis to is advise of the future solicitation for the Next Generation Aerospace Ground Equipment (NGAGE) Multiple Award Contract(MAC) Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Agile Combat Support (ACS)Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) section within Support Equipment &Vehicles(SE&V) for a period of 10 years for the SEV division located at Robins AFB,GA. This synopsis is intended to establish solid awardee base comprised of large and small business to meet commercial and non-commercial requirements. Decentralized ordering is not authorized under this contract. NGAGE orders shall only be issued by AFLCMC/ROKA Contracting Office. The NGAGE IDIQ will be the Division's "mandatory use contract vehicle, covering end-to-end lifecycle of AGE in support of warfighter air vehicle launch, recovery, and operations & maintenance (O&M) activities at operating locations worldwide. The intent of this MAC is to allow rapid fund execution for designing, developing,testing, and implementing new solutions. This IDIQ is not intended for long-term sustainment, complete/full production runs, or build to print type acquisitions. Further, the Delivery Orders will not contain Interim Contractor Support (ICS), Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), or Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS)support. The supported aircraft platforms include, but are not limited to fighter, bomber, cargo/airlift, tanker, and un-manned. AGE consists of items utilized on theground to directly support air vehicle launch, recovery, and operations and maintenance (O&M) of various aircraft systems. Solicitation number: FA8532-25-R-B004- Solicitation will be posted after synopsis timeframe complete IDIQ Ceiling $920M No set-asides exist at the basic contract level but may be applicable at the order level. Place of performance TBD at the order level Contract specifics will be determined at the order level to include, place of delivery/performance, period or performance, and any other pertinent information. "One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements."- This will be determined at the order level The forthcoming solicitation will be posted to sam.gov with a tentative award date of April 2026. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Foreign participation is permitted at the Prime contractor level governed by the rules and regulations for foreign contracting under the FAR, DFARS, DFARS PGI, DAFFARS, etc.
