Description
The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Delivery Order on the Basic Order Agreement (BOA) N00019-21-G-0001 with The Boeing Company (TBC), using the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will result in the procurement of Advanced Networking Infrastructure (ANI) Kits for the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) AF/A-18F and AEA-18F Aircraft. As the developer of the A-Kits, only TBC has the experience, special skills, facilities, manufacturing techniques, and the necessary technical data required to furnish the supplies and services anticipated. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit technical information and a technical capability statement in response to this notice. Responses without a return address, and company telephone will not be recognized. No phone calls will be accepted. Proprietary data in the response will be protected where so designated. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible for contract award or payment from any DoD activity. A determination not to compete this proposed effort based on response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
