Responses to this Synopsis/Solicitation are due No Later Than (NLT) 19 December 2025 at 3:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST). Amd001: The purpose of this amendment is to update ATCH_9_SectionL-InstructionsForOfferors, and dates for routine deliveries. Routine Delivery is as follows: Swashplate and Support Assembly (NSN: 1615-01-018-3484): 120 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable. Scissors and Sleeve Assembly (NSN: 1615-00-204-6973): 120 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable. Main Rotor Mast Assembly (NSN: 1615-00-255-2896): 150 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable. Tail Rotor Hub Assembly (NSN: 1615-00-254-2174): 90 calendar days after receipt of funded delivery order or repairable assets, whichever is later. Early Delivery is acceptable. Due to these changes, the close date of this combined synopsis/solicitation is now 19 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST. Amd002: The proposal due date is hereby changed as follows: FROM: 19 December 2025 at 3:00 p.m. EST TO: 30 January 2026 at 3:00 p.m. EST
