Description
The U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) requires a multiple-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) suite of contracts for the provision of non-personal International Legal Support Services (IILSS). The IILSS vehicle will a consist of four (4) service categories: (i) Finance; (ii) Investments funds; (iii) Direct Equity; (iv) Political risk insurance These services will support of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC) Office of General Counsel (OGC) and other US Government entities with a need for similar services. The total ceiling dollar amount for the lifespan of the vehicle, across all contracts, and for orders placed for all categories is $200,000,000. This solicitation will be the only solicitation issued for these legal services. Awardees shall be capable of providing support to a minimum of 1 of the 4 categories listed above. Additionally, task orders may be placed for other legal services staffing support as related to these categories.The IDIQ contracts resulting from the Request for Proposal (RFP) will provide services for OGC's International Finance and Political Risk Insurance Transactions (hereafter "Legal Support Services") under NAICS code 541110 -Offices of Lawyers. The Statement of Work for the high-level task areas that fall under Legal Support Services is defined in Section C. Ordering period The term of the International Legal Support Services (IILSS) IDIQ ordering period is five (5) years from date of award excluding any extensions to the ordering period under the authority of FAR Part 52.217-8.
