NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO 12.201-1(c)(2)) Solicitation Number/PANN: PANNWD-26-P-0000 028701 Agency: Department of the Army Office: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Location: USACE District, Portland PSC: J020 Maintenance/Repair/Build of Equipment � Ship and Marine Equipment NAICS Code: 237990 � Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) This is a presolicitation notice IAW RFO 5.101 Point of Contact (Contracting Officer): Justin F. Figueredo justin.f.figueredo@usace.army.mil Synopsis: This is a presolicitation notice prepared in accordance with RFO 5.1 Presolicitation Notice. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Portland District intends to solicit this action as Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed-Price service contract directly to suppliers to procure services for the removal a damaged stern anchor buoy �V� in the Columbia River at River Mile 100+25 and installation of a Government furnished replacement buoy. The statutory authority for this Total Small Business Set-Aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO 19.104-1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to proceed with a Total Small Business Set-Aside direct solicitation to three suppliers under NAICS 237990 � Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. The Government will award a purchase order in the summer of 2026, resulting from a Request for Quote emailed directly to three suppliers, to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government based on price. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS
