Description

As of 4 June 2026, this Sources Sought Notice is hereby concluded. The Government has completed its initial market research and has determined that this requirement is best suited for fulfillment under an existing Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) vehicle. Consequently, this public Sources Sought Notice is concluded. In accordance with RFO 16.505(b), no further public synopses or notices will be published on SAM.gov for this specific action. This is a Sources Sought Request for Information only *** This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request for Proposal. *** This request does not obligate the Government in any contract award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District is issuing the sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for construction. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $45.0 Million. The potential Magnitude of Construction for this requirement is estimated between $1M and $5M. Inquiries will only be accepted via email to Contract Specialist, Sarai Hayward at sarai.hayward@usace.army.mil please CC the Contracting Officer, Jeremiah Scheil at jeremiah.j.scheil@usace.army.mil. The requested information should be completed and submitted no later than the response date and time listed in this announcement. This requirement contains Controlled Unclassified Information and does not require the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification. Scope of Work Modification of the building, which is now mostly open flooring into a polygraph office containing 14 soundproofed polygraph suites, waiting area, 3 training/ monitoring rooms. Replace sidewalks around the building.
