Period of Performance will be a base plus four option years. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 621511 � Medical Laboratories with a small business size standard of $41.5 Million. The Request for Quotations No. 75H71026Q00116 in accordance with the Simplified Procedures at Part 12.201-1 will be issued on or by April 10, 2026 12pm MST. Evaluation factors may include Technically capability to meet the government need and Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quotes will be due on or by April 15, 2026. The acquisition is an Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) 100% set-aside.
