NOTICE: ALL INFORMATION PRESENTED IS CONSIDERED DRAFT AND NOT FINAL UNTIL THE RELEASE OF THE FINAL SOLICITATION. THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES TO AID INDUSTRY IN UNDERSTANDING THE INTENT OF THE GOVERNMENT WITH REGARDS TO THE ANTICIPATED PROCUREMENT The notification provides revised DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for the anticipated procurement related to NAWCAD Battlespace Modeling and Simulation Engineering Services Notification of Intent/Sources Sought Notice ID: N00421-25-RFPREQ-54000MA-0059. The Government encourages the submission of constructive feedback on the anticipated procurement from all potential Offerors, including those interested in subcontracting opportunities, no later than March 17, 2026 by 12:00pm EDT, to Contract Specialist, Karen Joachim, at karen.v.joachim.civ@us.navy.mil.
