Description
Solicitation FA8203-25-Q-0008 is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation IAW FAR 12.603 procedures. See attached solicitation FA8203-25-Q-0008 for set-aside, NAICS, list of line item numbers, description of services required, unit of issue, options, place of performance, etc. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. See solicitation "Instruction to Offerors" for specific evaluation procedures applicable to this acquisition Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition.
