Terrain Shaping Industry Day

The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Joint Program Executive Office Armaments and Ammunition (JPEO A&A) and the Office of the Project Manager Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS), located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey, is issuing this Sources Sought Notification (SSN) as a means of conducting Market Research to identify potential sources having an interest in supporting the Terrain Shaping (TS) capability. This will support a bilaterial Project Agreement between the U.S. and the United Kingdom (UK) to develop a TS capability. The Government team is preparing to host an Industry Day on 25-26 February 2026 to communicate the Government�s acquisition strategy and discuss the needs of the user community relative to TS. The event will have a strong networking focus and aims to find expert support and technical assistance. The Government anticipates soliciting and executing the prototyping of TS utilizing DOTC Other Transaction Agreements (OTA). Each company in attendance will have an opportunity to discuss their capabilities and desire to assist in the TS program; specifically, how the subject company can assist in meeting or exceeding the required capabilities. Each company in attendance should be willing to discuss their company capabilities regarding the requirements in the general forum. Companies will have the opportunity to meet in a one-on-one forum to discuss potential collaboration in meeting the TS requirements. Please see the attachments for more details. Additionally, please note that all updates related to the event will be communicated directly to the email addresses associated with your RSVP. No updates will be posted to the SAM.gov site. Industry Day will remain as scheduled. PM CCS is issuing this pre?solicitation announcement to notify interested Industry partners of the forthcoming Terrain Shaping requirement. The DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) for the Terrain Shaping program is currently being finalized. Industry partners who wish to receive a copy of the DRAFT SOO for review and comment should send an email request to the PCO. Please include "Draft SOO Request for Terrain Shaping" in the subject line of your email. Periodic updates to the DRAFT SOO will be distributed with tracked changes to all parties who have requested a copy, up until the formal Request for White Papers is released.
