Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (For ease of reference a solicitation is attached hereto which includes all requirements, provisions and clauses. See the Attachment section of this notice.) This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 541513 with a size standard of $37,000,000.00. Please ensure System for Award Management (SAM) information includes the correct NAICS code and representations are up to date. The solicitation number is W91CRB-26-R-A014. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG), an agency of the Government, intends to procure the following Commercial Non-Personal Services contract to provide General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) support services to the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command located on Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Government anticipates the issuance of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of subject solicitation. The anticipated Period of Performance will be for a base year with four option years. A description of the requirement may be found in the Attachments Section of this combined synopsis/solicitation. All requirements, required provisions, clauses (e.g., 52.212-1; 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, etc.), addenda, instructions and evaluation factors may be found in the solicitation attached to this combined synopsis/solicitation. Proposals are due no later than 10:00 AM EST on Friday, 03 April 2026 via email to Contract Specialist, Kristena Burleigh at kristena.m.burleigh.civ@army.mil and copied to the Contracting Officer, Heather M. Caughorn, at heather.m.caughorn.civ@army.mil.
