PROJECT TITLE: Bldg 1 HVAC Repair PROJECT LOCATION: Blue Ash ANGB NAICS CODE: 238220 SIZE STANDARD: $19,000,000.00 FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE: IAW FAR 36.204(c) Is Between $100,00 and $250,000. EMAIL ALL PROPOSALS TO: kurt.becka@us.af.mil & seth.taylor.8@us.af.mil DAVIS BACON WAGE RATES ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS PROJECT. PREVAILING WAGE DERTERMINATION WILL BE INCUDED AT TIME OF AWARD. BID BOND REQUIRED. SEE SITE VISIT INFORMATION UNDER FAR 52.236-27 The intent of this project is to repair the HVAC at BLDG 1 Blue Ash Air National Guard Base. The following actions must be taken to meet this intent: remove and dispose of the existing 30-ton RTU. Provide and install a new RTU; install new curbing only if required to fit the new unit. Remove the existing DDC controller and install new. Install new controls onto all HVAC components that are currently on the DDC. Provide and configure a new computer and workstation for the DDC. Remove the existing roof access ladder and hatch handrail and install new.
